RULES:
USTA handbook of tennis rules and regulations will govern our tournament. (317 pages), here are some main points you should know:
-Organizers decision is final and binding
-Sportsmanship should prevail at all times
-Initial rounds will be unsupervised; players will make calls on their own side of the net
-Semi-final and finals will be refereed
-We suggest that all matches are best of 3 sets; but will leave it to the players to decide any other format (both parties should agree)
-All matches will get a set of 3 balls (to avoid logistical issues, we suggest that you play with your balls and we will reimburse).
-All matches are played on a knock-out basis
-Ties have been established based on 1) Previous years ranking+ 2) luck of the draw; Utmost fairness has been exercised
It is the winners sole responsibility to collect the registration/entry fee as they advance to the next round.
